Shake well before each dose and give the medicine as prescribed.  Duration of ActionZinnat Suspension begins working within 2-3 hours of administration, with peak concentrations reached in 2-4 hours. The antibiotic effect lasts approximately 12 hours, requiring twice-daily dosing.
