Galcipro TN Dosage Galcipro TN Typical adult dosage is one tablet twice daily for 5-7 days, or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Take with a full glass of water, with or without food. Less common effects can include tendon problems, peripheral neuropathy, and photosensitivity. Rare but serious side effects may include severe diarrhea (C. difficile) or allergic reactions.
