Amoksiklav 1G tablets contain amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, an antibiotic combination used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Uses Amoksiklav 1G is specifically prescribed for bacterial infections that may have developed some resistance to other antibiotics alone. It treats illnesses such as: Sinusitis Otitis media Cystitis Pyelonephritis Cellulitis Bone and joint infections Pneumonia Bronchitis Typhoid Fever Infected animal bites The ingredients work together to fight drug-resistant bacteria by disrupting the synthesis of their cell walls. Dosage The standard Amoksiklav 1G dosage is one tablet every 12 hours. Depending on the severity, adults may take up to three 1G tablets daily, ideally spaced evenly. Complete the entire treatment course as stopping early can enable recurrence. Take doses consistently at about the same time daily. It can be taken with or without food.
