This cider comes from the Appelated region of Cournouaille in Brittany. The Appelation determins the soil, the cider apple varieties and the production method that can be used in the region, all based on historical traditions. The combination of local climate and apple trees gives Cider produced in this region its unique flavours. The Cornouaille Cider's are full flavoured and is both bitter and sweet at the same time. These ciders are known locally as summer drinks due to their freshness and slight spritz. Thirst quenching and tasty, they are great with all sorts of food.
