The Bone Dry is made just like our Organic but lovingly left to ferment a little longer to create and clean, crisp and refreshing cider. As the name suggests, it’s dry. Very dry. The acidity and tannin cut nicely through big flavours so it’s perfect with rich foods. With slightly more alcohol for the real players and long stayers, this is a cider to savour with like-minded mates over a good story or two.
